I navigated through my mid-thirties with ease, having a clear idea of my goals, and sailing full steam towards them. I was set on a smooth journey: happy relationship, successful career, exciting projects. But then 2 events stroke me: losing my father too early and being diagnosed with an auto-immune condition. And I struggled…
I was not equipped to face this bumpy part of the journey.
My life had mostly been focused on achievement, rather than meaning, and I was lacking some fundamental skills to face adversity.
It made me re-evaluate, challenge my belief system, rethink my values and led me to coaching. Coaching helped me be a more confident, aligned and self-aware person. I now actively support others in a way that is attuned with their own personal and professional eco-system.
